It is our regret to inform you that JManga.com will be concluding its retail and viewing services. All existing accounts and private information will be deleted without further notification. Please see the following details regarding the termination process of JManga.com's retail and viewing services:

1.) JManga.com Service Termination Schedule
   a.) JManga Point Distribution and Sales Termination: March 13th 2013 at 11:59pm (US Pacific Time)
   b.) Digital Manga Purchasing Service Termination: March 26th at 11:59pm (US Pacific Time)
   c.) Manga Viewing Service Termination: May 30th at 11:59pm (US Pacific Time)

Details:
a.) JManga Point Distribution and Sales Termination
Date: March 13th 2013 at 11:59pm (US Pacific Time) Details: As of March 13th 2013 at 11:59pm (US Pacific Time) users are no longer be able to purchase and/or acquire JManga Points through the Monthly Point Plan and Pay-as-you-go Plan on JManga.com. Due to this termination all Monthly Point Plan members' accounts have been automatically switched to Free Memberships. As such Monthly Point Plan members will not be charged after March 13th 2013 at 11:59pm (US Pacific Time). For questions regarding credit card charges, please refer to the FAQ. *Note: Users will be able to use their JManga Points to purchase digital manga content on Jmanga.com until March 26th 2013 at 11:59pm.

b.) Digital Manga Purchasing Service Termination
Date: March 26th at 11:59pm (US Pacific Time) Details: As of March 26th 2013 at 11:59pm (US Pacific Time) users will no longer be able to purchase digital manga content on JManga.com. *Note: Users will be able to view the digital manga content they have purchased on JManga.com until May 30th 2013 at 11:59pm.

c.) Manga Viewing Service Termination
Date: May 30th at 11:59pm (US Pacific Time) Details: As of May 30th 2013 at 11:59pm (US Pacific Time) users will no longer be able to view digital manga content on JManga.com. At this time all purchased and free digital manga content will be erased from all JManga Member's accounts.

We deeply regret having to terminate our manga retail service in this manner and offer our sincerest apologies to the users, partners and friends who supported us. As a small token of our appreciation we will be refunding each user's unused points in the manner explained below.

2.) Refunds
All JManga Members will be issued Amazon Gift Cards for use on Amazon.com as a substitute for the amount of unused JManga Paid Points
(*1) possessed at March 13th 2013 at 11:59pm.

What will happen to my remaining points?

You will be able to use your remaining points until March 26th 2013 at 11:59pm (US Pacific Time). You will not be able to use your points beyond this time.

What will happen to the manga on My Page?

Digital manga content will be viewable until May 30th 2013 at 11:59pm. You will not be able to view digital manga content beyond this time.

I don't have enough points to purchase a volume of manga and I would like to add more points, what should I do?

The sale and distribution of JManga Points has ended as of March 13th 2013 at 11:59pm. It is no longer possible to purchase additional points.

Is it possible to receive a cash refund for my remaining points?

As is stated in our Terms of Service, we are not able to perform cash refunds.

What will happen to the credit card and other private information registered with my account?

JManga will erase all personal information held on May 30th 2013 by 11:59pm (US Pacific Time).

How much will my refund be?

Please refer to the remaining JManga Paid Points displayed on My Page. As refunds will be rounded up to the nearest dollar, the refund amount received may differ slightly from the point amount displayed on My Page

Is there a way to download the manga I have purchased?

It is not possible to download manga from My Page. All digital manga content will no longer be viewable after May 30th 2013 at 11:59pm (US Pacific Time)

Why has my membership's status been changed from Monthly Subscription Member?

As of March 13th 2013 at 11:59pm (US Pacific Time) all Monthly Point Plan accounts have been automatically switched to Free Member accounts

I get my Monthly Subscription point allotment on the 13th every month. I have just received my Monthly Subscription point allotment and would like to be refunded for those points.

We cannot provide cash refunds for points received before March 13th 2013 at 11:59pm (US Pacific Time).

What will happen to my comments made on JManga's Facebook and Twitter?

In accordance with our Terms of Service, all comments will be suspended and/or erased from JManga.com.

How long will I be able to use the MANGA app and JManga's mobile website?

The MANGA app and JManga's mobile website will end service on May 30th 2013 at 11:59pm (US Pacific Time).

Will I be refunded for all of my remaining points?

Why are the purchase buttons grayed out?

As of March 26th 2013 at 11:59pm (US Pacific Time) users will no longer be able to purchase digital manga content on JManga.com. *Note: Users will be able to view the digital manga content they have purchased on JManga.com (accessible via My Page) until May 30th 2013 at 11:59pm.
